Sheepdog Prosperity Partners LLC is a Texas limited liability company (the Firm). This policy describes the information the Firm receives through sheepdogprosperitypartners.com, its website forms and its online scheduling page.
Information you enter in website forms
The Firm's website forms ask for details such as your name, email address, preferred meeting dates and times, time zone or city, the type and timing of a transaction, your main concerns and a brief description of the matter. Depending on the form, entries are stored in the Firm's website database, and copies are emailed to its business mailboxes.
Online scheduling
The site links to an online scheduling page for discovery calls. Information you enter there, such as your name, email address and the appointment you choose, is received by the Firm through its scheduling service.
What not to send
Please do not include tax identification numbers, account numbers, passwords or confidential documents in website forms or scheduling requests. If documents are needed later, the Firm will tell you how to provide them.
How the Firm uses information
Information you share in a form submission, a scheduling request, a discovery or intake conversation, or pre-engagement correspondence is held in confidence as pre-engagement diligence. The Firm uses it only to evaluate whether and how to propose a scoped engagement, including responding to your inquiry and scheduling and preparing for discovery calls.
Submitting a form or scheduling a call does not create a client relationship. A professional engagement begins only with a signed Master Services Agreement and per-matter Statement of Work.
Website analytics
When you visit sheepdogprosperitypartners.com, the site loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. They collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, clicks on the Firm's phone number, and the fact that certain forms were submitted (not what you typed). They also collect general device, browser and approximate location information. Google Analytics uses cookies.
The site also loads fonts from Google and code libraries from a public content delivery network, which receive your Internet Protocol (IP) address when those files load.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Service providers
The Firm uses service providers for website hosting, online forms, scheduling, email, analytics and related business services. They process information to provide these services to the Firm.
